B. Ordering
How do I place an order on DexStitches?
- Choose a category or brand from the top navigation menu
- or search for a specific style by selecting the search icon and inputting the product name, style, color, brand.
- Select your desired item, select the size (if available), quantity and click "Add To Bag."
- Once all items are added, proceed to checkout.
- Select any of the tabs available to check out which are;
- Sign in to your account, create a new account, or instant checkut
- Enter your address, payment method, and delivery details to complete your order.
- Select complete order
- Make payment and reply with payment reciept attachement to the order confirmation email you have recieved
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can select "instant check out" to proceed without signing up. However, creating an account allows you to subscribe to our community and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, our Customer Service advisors are available to assist you with phone orders. You can engage them directly using the chat button on our website.

1. How do I pay within Nigeria?
You can use either bank transfer (preferably) or Paystack. Note that Paystack takes 24 to 48 hours to confirm payments, we accept all form of online payments used in Nigeria including mastercard, verve, interswitch
2. How do I pay securely outside Nigeria (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Portugal, Australia)?

- Order Confirmation: For bulk orders, we advise ordering below 2kg equivalent pf the product, add in the note section the actual total quantity of the same products you need with other information and proceed to checkout and complete the order, then reach out to our support team to confirm the shipping total.
- Payment Verification: Convert the amount to Naira from your currency and make the payment. Share the payment receipt with us.
- Processing: Your order will be processed immediately after payment confirmation.

We are currently working on integrating installment payment platforms. This feature will be announced on all our media channels when it becomes available.
5. Do you offer payment on delivery?
Typically, we do not offer payment on delivery. However, exceptions may apply for first-time shoppers in Lagos, depending on the nature of the item. Payment on delivery requires an upfront payment of the delivery fee or 50% of the item’s cost.
6. Can I send my rider to pick up an order?
Yes, you can send a rider to our pick-up experience center after a pick-up date has been scheduled and payment confirmed.
7. Currency Selection
How do I select a different currency for my shopping experience?
DexStitches allows shoppers to choose their preferred currency, making it easier to view product prices in a familiar format. You can switch between Naira | NGN (₦), US Dollars (USD), Canadian Dollars (CAD), British Pounds (GBP), Ghanaian Cedis (GHS), and Australian Dollars (AUD). Here's how:
Steps to Select a Different Currency:
From the Menu:
- Navigate to the top-right corner of the homepage.
- Locate the currency dropdown menu.
- Click on the dropdown and select your preferred currency from the list (Naira, CAD, USD, GHS, GBP, AUD).
- The website will automatically update all product prices to reflect the selected currency.
During Checkout:
- Once you've added items to your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout screen.
- On the checkout page, you will see an option to change the currency.
- Select your preferred currency from the dropdown menu, and the total amount will update to display the selected currency.
- Complete your payment using the available methods for your region.
D. Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Full shipment details can be provided upon request.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location:
- Lagos Metropolis: 2 to 48 hours.
- Outside Lagos: 2 to 6 working days.
- International: Timelines vary by destination, and tracking is provided.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order via your account on our website. For orders outside Lagos, tracking details will be shared after the shipment is created.
Do you offer same-day delivery in Lagos?
Yes, select the "Express Delivery" option during checkout for same-day delivery within Lagos. For urgent deliveries, express delivery can be done within 1 to 4 hours or on the same day, depending on urgency. The cost is approximately twice our regular delivery rates.
Can you deliver outside Lagos within 24 hours?
For urgent orders outside Lagos, we can route them through motor parks for delivery within 24-48 hours. However, this method is at your own risk, as it is not insured.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns under specific conditions outlined in our Return and Privacy Policy. Returns are not accepted for emergency orders due to the resources required for expedited delivery.
What is your policy on exchanges?
We offer exchanges for items of the same value within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be in the exact condition as sent. Contact customer support to initiate the exchange process.

- Direct Partnerships with International Brands: We partner directly with reputable international and local brands or their primary distributors, ensuring that you receive genuine authentic/original products at competitive prices. We currently partner with Nike, Vans, Converse, ASOS, Boohoo, and many more.
- Verified Credible Sources: We also source products from credible suppliers whose quality has been rigorously verified by our team.
On our website, products labeled or titled as “Original” belong to the first category, indicating a direct partnership. You can easily identify them by checking the product title or searching for the term “Original.” Products from the second category, marked as “Verified Credible Source,” do not carry the “Original” label in their title.
Rest assured, all products on our platform meet high standards of quality.
Do you offer customization or personalization services?
Yes, we offer customization and personalization services for clothing items, including full wardrobe overhauls. You can request these services during checkout or by contacting our customer support team.
Can I get a live image of my requested products to prove availability before making payment?
Our policy is to process orders only after payment confirmation. However, if the confirmation image does not match the displayed item, you will be issued a refund upon request by COB on the same day.
